How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you ordered a custom-built complete, please allow an additional 24 hours for our shop team to professionally assemble and grip your board.
What is your return policy on skate hardware?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original packaging. Please note that we cannot accept returns for decks that have been gripped or shows signs of being skated.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Olympia Skateshop ships worldwide. International delivery times vary by location and typically range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on customs processing.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
Deck size usually depends on your shoe size and skating style. Generally, 7.5" to 8.0" is great for technical street skating, while 8.25" and above offers more stability for transition and bowls.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please contact our support team within 1 hour of placement if you need to make changes; once an order has hit the shipping dock, it cannot be modified.
